At Olen VR, we want to ensure you are fully immersed in your virtual experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your hardware or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Olen VR account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, controllers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
